Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years knowledge of patient registration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Medical terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient registration processes, bed control, customer service, and insurance validation for admissions, ED, and WBH triage.
• Provide leadership and direction for registration staff and implement scripting standards.
• Ensure accurate data capture into Teletracking, patient-link up, SMS system and IBEX.
• Monitor data accuracy and develop productivity/accuracy metrics.
• Review and update Admissions, WBH triage, and ED registration policies; mentor staff per HR policies.
