Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and provide guidance between triage and pediatric overflow areas.
• Assist with basic cleaning and rounding in the Emergency Department lobby.
• Offer wheelchairs, carry bags, and help with directions around the hospital.
• Respond to safety hazards and report accidents to the manager on duty.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
