Qualifications

• Experience with patient registration, data entry and cash handling.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients presenting to the Emergency Department following EMTALA protocols.
• Gather accurate demographic information and verify patient identity.
• Enter patient information into the registration system and update records.
• Identify insurance coverage, collect co-pays, and explain financial options.
• Provide directions and information to patients and visitors.
