AdventHealth is seeking a dynamic Nursing Leadership leader to guide operations and education across the Emergency/Clinical leadership team. You will partner with CNO, lead department directors, and drive staffing, training, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality patient care and staff development.

The role emphasizes developing leaders, sustaining workforce stability, and implementing strategic initiatives in a faith-based health system focused on compassionate, holistic care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and MSN in nursing education are required.
• 2+ years hospital management experience and a minimum of five years clinical experience.
• 3+ years of management and educational experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the annual budget in coordination with finance, monitoring and adjusting to ensure effective use of resources.
• Recruits, retains, and develops a high-performing nursing leadership workforce, ensuring workforce stability and strong leadership pipelines.
• Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates marketing and program development initiatives in coordination with leadership staff and hospital administration.
• Ensures compliance with safety and legal requirements as established by governing and regulatory agencies.
• Oversees staff education and competency programs, including policy and procedure updates and regulatory changes.
