Qualifications

• MSN in nursing education is preferred.
• 2+ years hospital management experience and 5+ years clinical experience are required.
• 3+ years of management and educational experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the annual budget in coordination with finance.
• Recruits, retains, and develops a high-performing nursing leadership workforce.
• Ensures workforce stability and develops strong leadership pipelines.
• Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates marketing and program development initiatives.
• Oversees staff education, competency reviews, and regulatory compliance.
