Job summary

Progeny Human Resource Solutions in Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department to lead nursing services, coordinate patient care, and ensure alignment with hospital mission and departmental goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, Texas RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS within 6 months, TNCC within 18 months, and ENPC or CEN within 18 months; advanced degree preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with a focus on quality, efficiency, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Current RN License in Texas or compact license.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
• TNCC within 18 months.
• ENPC or CEN within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, delegate, direct, negotiate and evaluate ED nursing services.
• Establish effective relationships with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors.
• Collaborate with department management for nursing care in ED per standards and policies.
• Develop and recommend policies to improve patient care quality and efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication across the department.
