Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to coordinate patient care, supervise staff, and oversee departmental operations in an emergency care setting. Responsibilities include hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, developing staffing plans, managing budgets, payroll, and ensuring quality documentation and clinical interventions aligned with patient needs.

Preferred qualifications include 2–5 years RN experience with an associate’s degree or 5–10 years

Qualifications

• Valid RN license is required.
• Experience leading teams in healthcare settings is preferred.
• RN with 2–5 years for associate’s degree holder or 5–10 years for bachelor’s degree holder.

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing departmental operations in an emergency care setting. Responsibilities include hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and ensuring staff productivity aligns with departmental goals. The role also entails developing staffing plans, managing budgets, and supporting clinical interventions tailored to patients’ age and developmental needs. Additionally, the supervisor reviews staff hours, handles payroll processes, conducts performance reviews, and facilitates staff communications and meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2-5 years for RN with associate’s; 5-10 years with bachelor’s. Supervisor experience is preferred, with no experience required for some roles.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership experience such as Team Lead/Charge or ANM roles.
