Mercy Health in Youngstown, Ohio, seeks an experienced Manager Nursing for St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital to lead clinical teams, coordinate operations, and drive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include daily oversight, mentoring staff, and achieving KPIs while promoting safety and organizational values. Requires BSN and RN licensure with leadership experience; MSN/MHA preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state where working or covered by compact.
• BLS preferred at hire, must obtain prior to patient care.
• Certifications based on unit: PALS, ACLS, TNCC (required when assigned).
• Nurse Executive Certification or related specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing leadership experience.
• 1 year in applicable specialty preferred; prior management experience desirable.

• Oversee daily operations, management, and clinical support to the healthcare team.
• Serve as mentor and clinical resource; support professional growth.
• Achieve unit KPIs and productivity targets; drive outcomes.
