Prime Healthcare’s Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN - ED to lead the Emergency Department team during night shifts from 7 pm to 7:30 am. The role manages patient care, improves ED processes, and fosters staff development in a high-demand setting.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS 30 days upon of hire and maintain current.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• RN-C within 2 years of hire preferred.
• PALS within 30 days of hire for units that admit pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Emergency Department as Clinical Supervisor RN / Charge Nurse, guiding a team and improving processes.
• Own accountability for patient care quality and safety while inspiring staff in a busy ED.
