Job summary

CoreMedical Group seeks an Emergency Department Manager for a nonprofit Level III Trauma Center in Randallstown, MD. The newly renovated 55-bed ED serves more than 50,000 patients yearly and is led by the ED director with support from assistant nurse managers and educators.

The role oversees approximately 98 FTEs, offering a clear path for Charge Nurses or Supervisors. Competitive salary up to $150K with relocation assistance and a collaborative leadership culture.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license (or eligible).
• BLS certification.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience.
• Leadership experience with direct reports, performance evaluations, and disciplinary responsibilities.
• Experience with process improvement and Lean principles preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff
