Job summary

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license, a Bachelor’s degree, and possess at least three years of leadership experience in an emergency department. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required, with a day-shift schedule and potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing required.
• 3+ years of ED leadership experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff performance and patient flow in the emergency department.
• Coordinate resources and support nursing staff.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives.
