Job summary

Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for a high-volume, high-acuity Level I Trauma ED.

Candidate will oversee daily operations, lead staffing and development, manage budgets, and drive policy and quality improvements while ensuring safety and patient experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (Missouri) or active Compact license.
• BLS and ACLS required upon hire; PALS or ENPC required upon hire; TNCC or ATCN within one year of hire.
• Minimum 2+ years of recent acute-care Emergency Department management experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing must be held.

• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations, coaching, and employee development.
• Manage department budgets, productivity, resources, and staffing needs.

Compensation: $47.84 - $71.78/hour, based on experience
