Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care per plan, documents per policy and age/development needs.
• Creates and maintains collaborative care plans based on assessment and treatment.
• Oversees payroll updates, time cards, bonuses and coding; coordinates staff communications.
• Ensures department productivity and alignment with leadership goals.
