Job summary

You will collaborate with trauma teams and physicians, maintain safety standards, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up. A BSN is required, with an RN license, BLS, and 1+ year of experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• Minimum one year of RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN is Required; degree will be verified.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in fast-paced emergency care environments.
• Perform rapid patient assessments, prioritize care, and initiate interventions.
