Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of RN experience.
• BSN is required; degree will be verified.
• BLS certification is required.
• RNs with <12 months experience must obtain BSN within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in fast-paced emergency settings.
• Perform rapid patient assessments and initiate interventions.
• Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, technicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide care to patients with a wide range of illnesses and injuries.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies and standards.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Adapt to varying workflows, volumes, and acuity while maintaining safety.
• Support a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
