Job summary

The role requires a BSN, state RN license, and BLS; 1+ year ED/trauma nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice; BSN required.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care in fast-paced emergency departments.
• Perform rapid patient assessments and initiate interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, APNs, and trauma teams to provide evidence-based care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
