Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and relay calls.
• Process all notification of STAT code requests.
• Monitor alarm systems including 911, emergency radio, fire panels, and related systems.
• Process first responder notification requests.
• Maintain daily call logs.
• Assist with training of new staff as requested.
