Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED required.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 4842 keystrokes per hour.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage 9-1-1 emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Provide pre-arrival medical instructions (EMD) to callers.
• Document incident information accurately in CAD/RMS systems.
• Coordinate communications for responders and maintain scene safety.
