City of Westminster, CO is seeking Public Safety Telecommunicators I/II/III to answer and triage 9-1-1 calls, document critical information in the CAD system, and provide pre-arrival medical instructions while responders are en route.

This safety-sensitive role requires proficiency with IP-based communications, shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while coordinating police, fire, and EMS resources.

Responsabilidades

• Administer care by providing pre-arrival medical instructions and guiding callers.
• Manage communications of emergency personnel and direct first responders to incidents.
• Document all incident activities accurately and maintain scene awareness.
