Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and prioritizes emergency and non-emergency calls for service.
• Dispatches police, fire, and animal control personnel using radio and CAD systems.
• Operates multi-channel radio, E911 systems, CAD, TDD, recording systems, and related technology.
• Provides accurate, timely, and critical information to field personnel.
• Maintains detailed logs, records, and reports of calls and activities.
• Monitors jail operations and video systems for safety and compliance.
• Assists walk-in customers, including receiving reports and payments as assigned.
• Communicates effectively with public safety personnel, city departments, and external agencies.
