Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in health care or 1 year in dispatching EMS services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite).

• Receives and processes incoming and outgoing telephone and radio communication.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA and patient privacy policies.
• Dispatches units following established protocols and coordinates with partner agencies.
• Maintains the status and location of all units and personnel.
• Documents requests for service and submits event reports as needed.
• Troubleshoots communications equipment problems and notifies the appropriate service vendor.
