Aufgaben

• Perform EMS dispatch functions and coordinate requests.
• Serve as liaison between EMS and requestors (police, fire, EMS, civilians, case managers, social workers, facility reps).
• Validate requester information and follow up on discrepancies.
• Process 911 requests including pre-arrival instructions and dispatch to EMS units.
• Provide updates on scheduling, delays, and information; escalate concerns promptly.
