Ethos Veterinary Health seeks a Client Emergency Services Coordinator to manage emergency department operations, optimize client communication, and ensure financial accuracy. The role acts as the central communication hub among clients, clinical teams, and hospital leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, supporting CSR onboarding, and addressing billing discrepancies while upholding clinical decision-making authority.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (speaking & reading) required; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Emergency Department flow by resolving delays and gaps.
• Serve as communication hub among clients, CSR, clinical teams, and leadership.
• Support CSR onboarding and department training.
• Assist with billing discrepancies and daily invoice review.
