Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Sales Representative to promote Emergency Care products to pre-hospital providers in the Pittsburgh area. You will engage with fire departments and medical directors, demonstrate products, and drive growth through consultative selling.

Role emphasizes building relationships, achieving quotas, and delivering excellent customer service while leveraging market insights and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customer needs.
• Meet assigned quota through consultative Pre-Hospital sales and demonstrations.
• Build credibility with fire chiefs, medical directors, and administrators through product knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely, error-free shipments.
• Contribute to market research, new product introductions, and field testing.
