Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative for West Texas Emergency Care (Fire/EMS). You will promote and sell a range of EMS products, including defibrillators and patient transport solutions, to pre-hospital providers across Lubbock, San Angelo, Abilene, Midland and surrounding areas.

The role emphasizes a consultative selling approach, quota attainment, and strong customer service. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30% are required for success in this field-based

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 5+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred for advancement in our Emergency Care sales team.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customer needs in Fire/EMS segments.
• Achieve assigned quota through consultative Pre-Hospital sales, marketing, clinical demonstrations and programs.
• Become the Emergency Care expert for fire chiefs, medical directors and administrators, building credibility with customers.
• Provide responsive, exceptional customer service and ensure on-time, error-free shipments; support budget and market analyses.
