Job summary

Public Safety Dispatch Network in Sterling, MA is seeking 911 Call Takers to be the first point of contact in emergencies. You will collect essential information, verify locations, and document details for responders, working across call-taking and possibly radio-dispatch roles.

Qualifications

• Forward incident information to the appropriate dispatch function.
• Provide authorized pre-arrival instructions only within training and certification.
