Affiliated Monitoring in Houston, TX is seeking Evening Shift Customer Service Representatives for our emergency contact center. Shifts include weekends and schedule is consistent weekly; training is fully paid.

Starting wage ranges from $16 to $18 per hour with opportunities for overtime and a 5-week training class starting Sept 21, 2026. Responsibilities include monitoring alarm signals, delivering high-quality customer service, collecting information to update accounts, and following

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center environment.
• Detail oriented with solid communication skills.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• 1 year of prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emergency alarm signals in a clean and modern call center environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• Collect information from our customers to update their accounts.
• Follow company processes to ensure proper handling of each alarm.
• This job may include dispatching emergency services such as the police, fire department, or EMS.
