Job summary

Affiliated Monitoring in Houston, TX is hiring Evening Shift Customer Service Representatives to monitor emergency alarm signals and provide excellent service in a fast-paced call center that operates 24/7/365.

Shifts include weekends; training begins September 21, 2026 for five weeks, Monday–Friday 11:00 AM–7:30 PM. Starting pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with fully paid training and several evening or overnight schedule options.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1-year prior customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emergency alarm signals in a clean and modern call center environment
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
• Collect information from our customers to update their accounts
• Follow company processes and procedures to ensure the proper handling of each alarm
• This job may include dispatching emergency services such as the police, fire department, or EMS
