Enterprise Holdings, National Car Rental brand, is hiring an Emerald Club Service Specialist in Honolulu. You will greet Emerald Club members, provide information, and ensure quick, friendly service at the counter with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

This 40-hour-per-week role starts at $18.56/hour and offers benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, employee rental car discounts, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Emerald Club members with friendly, professional dialogue.
• Provide information and resolve questions with courteous service.
• Assist with reservations and daily plan for service delivery.
• Ensure proper vehicle supply by coordinating with drivers and detailers.
• Maintain clean fleet and complete vehicle inspections per guidelines.
• Document and communicate customer service issues to management.
• Support other customer service duties as needed.
