Enterprise Mobility, operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands, seeks an Emerald Club Specialist in Kenner, LA for a 90-day temporary assignment at the New Orleans International Airport. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service across the rental process with weekend shift premiums.

Starting pay is $16.00/hour with a $2.00/hour weekend differential, schedule includes Sunday and Monday 12:30pm–9:00pm and Thursday–Saturday 3:30pm–12:00am, with Tuesday and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years and no serious violations in 5 years.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure vehicle supply.
• Greet members upon arrival and when exiting buses or lots.
• Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps, and give return directions.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns to minimize counter visits.
• Escalate customer service issues to management as needed.
• Keep hangtag information accurate and up to date.
• Maintain clean low-mileage fleet mix and Emerald Aisle appearance.
• Thank members for their business and offer upgraded vehicles when available.
