National Car Rental, part of Enterprise Mobility, seeks an Emerald Club Service Specialist in Honolulu. You will greet Emerald Club members, provide information, and resolve inquiries with a professional, courteous approach while coordinating vehicle supply and inspections to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality service, handling reservations, and maintaining fleet readiness in a fast-paced environment on-site at Honolulu location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet Emerald Club members and assist with their needs on the lot with courtesy and speed.
• Provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address questions and concerns and resolve issues as needed.
• Review daily plan for Emerald Service delivery.
• Check reservation manifests for special requests.
• Coordinate with Drivers, Auto Detailers, Return Agents and Managers to ensure vehicle supply.
• Maintain clean, low-mileage fleet meeting Emerald Club requirements.
• Complete vehicle inspections per priority guidelines.
• Ensure hangtags are correctly filled out.
• Return failed inspections for re-cleaning and coaching.
• Assist with Change of Equipment (COE) and additional equipment as needed.
• Serve as a knowledgeable Emerald Club program expert and LOS/MOD updates.
• Use radio codes professionally.
• Keep the aisle area organized and the facility presentable.
• Direct customers to the exit booth and provide directions; offer luggage help as needed.
• Perform other customer service duties as assigned by management.

The National Car Rental brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Emerald Club Service Specialist. The Emerald Club Service Specialist will provide professional, superior, friendly, efficient service during all interaction and service delivery with Emerald Club Members as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling the needs of Emerald Club members including appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Club program guidelines, with speed and accuracy.

This pay for this position starts at $18.56/hour.

This position is located at 300 Rodgers Blvd, Honolulu HI 96819.

Schedule

Schedule: 40-hour work week. Two schedule options are available:

• Schedule 1: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Saturday through Wednesday
• Schedule 2: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Thursday and Friday, and 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Saturday through Monday

Responsibilities

• Welcome Emerald Club members using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot making them feel valued and welcome
• Provide information in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist members with questions and concerns and provide resolution as necessary
• Review daily game plan in preparation for Emerald Service delivery
• Review reservation manifest for special requests
• Work proactively with Drivers, Auto Detailers, Return Agents and Managers to ensure proper vehicle supply
• Maintain clean, low mileage fleet mix that meets Emerald Club requirements
• Complete vehicle inspections in accordance with priority guidelines
• Ensure that vehicle hangtags are completed correctly
• Return failed inspection units back to production for re-cleaning and Auto Detailer coaching
• Facilitate Change of Equipment (COE) vehicles or additional equipment to meet customer’s needs
• Serve as a knowledgeable expert on the Emerald Club program, including marketing initiatives and various methods of delivery (MOD), and all Levels of Service (LOS)
• Understand and utilize radio communication codes in a professional manner
• Keep aisle area organized and clean for ease of access and appearance of the facility
• Direct customers to the exit booth, provide local directions, maps and return directions as needed; Offer assistance with luggage as needed
• Perform other customer service related duties as determined by management to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers
• Document and communicate customer service issues to management
• Identify and communicate areas of opportunity for improved Emerald Club service delivery
• Thank Emerald Club members using the prescribed dialogue
• Provide all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the counters
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
