Job summary

National Car Rental, part of Enterprise Mobility, is hiring an Emerald Club Specialist for the Kenner, LA location. This temporary 90-day role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service through all rental steps at the airport facility.

Base rate starts at $16.00/hour with a $2.00/hour weekend differential. Schedule includes 12:30pm–9:00pm Sun/Mon and 3:30pm–12:00am Thu–Sat, with Tue/Wed off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal violations in past 3 years.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist shuttlers, service agents, and managers to ensure vehicle supply.
• Welcome members to the facility and direct them appropriately.
• Provide directions, maps, and return instructions to customers.
• Address customer questions and reduce counter visits.
• Communicate service issues to management and maintain records.
