Job summary

Enterprise Holdings at Honolulu Airport is seeking a part-time Exit Booth Agent to ensure smooth rental processing and exceptional customer service at the exit booth. The role involves verifying driver and vehicle details, processing documentation, and assisting Emerald Aisle members with options and directions.

Two part-time schedules are available, with benefits including PTO, insurance, retirement plans, and training. Pay starts at $18.56 per hour.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Able to work 20–29 hour work week based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
Verify car information and VIN number for security and control.
Provide Emerald Aisle refueling option to members.
Maintain the Exit Booth and surrounding areas for a neat image.
Stock the Booth with supplies to meet customer needs.
Provide customers with undivided attention at the exit booth.
Greet customers, make eye contact, and thank them at the end of transactions.
Assist customers with directions, maps, and local area information; resolve issues.
Perform other customer service duties to ensure service levels meet needs.
