Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Greeter at the Albuquerque Airport to deliver friendly, efficient service throughout the rental process. You will assist Emerald Aisle customers, direct to exits, and help with quick, smooth transactions.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license with clean record. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 8am-5pm, at ABQ. Benefits include PTO and insurance options.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to work the schedule listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist members/customers in a friendly, efficient manner throughout the rental process.
Direct customers to exit booth and provide local directions or maps.
Assist with questions to minimize counter visits and communicate issues to management.
Maintain Emerald Aisle and keep vehicles clean and ready for rental.
Provide upgraded vehicles on request and ensure accurate hangtag information.
