Job summary

Skillsoft seeks an experienced Solutions & Services Senior Director to drive ARR growth, improve retention, and deliver exceptional customer experience across the EMEA region. You will oversee the regional Market Solutions Leaders and execute end-to-end customer lifecycle activities with MEDDPICC rigor and value realization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive management experience in enterprise PaaS spanning Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting/Pre-Sales, and/or Professional Services.
• Overseeing Professional/Managed Services and Solutioning with demonstrated results driving long-term customer growth.
• Proven track record of ARR growth, retention, and expansion in a platform and solutions-based selling motion.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools.
• Deep fluency in MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and end-to-end customer lifecycle management.
• Experience as a practice or system builder with scalable processes or capability models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Geographical Market Solutions Teams across the geography; coach and develop the MSLs.
• Ensure end-to-end customer solution lifecycle with MEDDPICC rigor and value-realization discipline.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Service teams.
• Co-own regional targets for ARR growth, retention, expansion, NPS, and platform conversion.
• Define regional charter and operating model for shared/channel solution teams; manage engagement rules.
