Abnormalsecurity in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Trust Analyst to build and lead the customer-trust program across the US market, partnering with Engineering and Sales to earn trust and accelerate revenue.

As the first member of this function in the region, you will translate security concepts for business audiences, design strategic responses to high-stakes reviews, and scale the trust process as deals grow.

• Proficient in designing a response strategy for high-stakes security reviews

Responsabilités

• Lead customer-trust program across the US market, partnering with Engineering and Sales to earn trust and accelerate revenue
• Translate customer security requirements into internal controls, evidence, and product or operational requirements
• Present Abnormal's control environment directly to senior buyers and define how the trust response scales with deal volume
• Advise Sales leadership on how to position the control environment to prospects and ensure scalable trust processes
