Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Customer Trust & Assurance IT Security Manager to join our team. You will serve as a trusted security partner to sales and business development teams and lead in shaping how we engage with customers on security, privacy, and compliance.

You will drive transparency, thought leadership, and proactive customer engagement, aligning security messaging with GTM strategies to enable growth and trusted customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information security, MIS or related field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity or information security with cross-domain exposure.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles serving as trusted security advisor to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer security responses including questionnaires, assessments, and live discussions.
• Be internal SME on security for GTM team, supporting sales and client-facing discussions.
• Oversee multiple teams to address customers' security, compliance, and privacy needs.
• Represent the company in security and technology conversations as a thought leader.
• Bridge technical security messaging with sales and marketing strategies to drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, risk, cyber, and compliance teams to ensure accurate security responses.
• Maintain and update a knowledge base of security posture, policies, certifications, and compliance docs.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries to improve documentation and proactive communications.
• Support third-party risk and due diligence processes.
