Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an experienced Customer Trust & Assurance IT Security Manager to lead the security posture across customer engagements, inquiries, and audits. In this high‑visibility role, you will shape security narratives for GTM teams, collaborate with engineering, legal, risk, and compliance, and drive continuous improvement in documentation and customer trust initiatives.

You will mentor teams, manage third‑party risk, and contribute to product roadmaps, ensuring certifications

Qualifications

• Experience leading security programs that span people, process and technology.
• Ability to translate security posture into clear customer messaging.
• Experience collaborating with sales, legal, risk and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer trust programs, including security, privacy and compliance information.
• Act as trusted security advisor to GTM teams and customers.
• Oversee responses to security questionnaires, audits and live discussions.
• Represent Wolters Kluwer security in external engagements and thought leadership.
• Bridge technical value and business outcomes to accelerate product adoption.
• Coordinate with engineering, legal, risk and compliance to keep responses current.
• Maintain security documentation and certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Identify trends in inquiries to improve docs and communications.
• Support third-party risk reviews and due diligence.
• Contribute to product roadmaps with security insights.
• Develop and standardize security sales playbooks for teams.
• Educate and train sales on security posture and controls.
• Review contracts for security posture alignment and audit readiness.
