Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, MIS or similar.
• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience; 5+ years in customer-facing advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance.
• Familiar with frameworks: NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Scale and enhance the customer trust center; provide self-service security information.
• Act as trusted security advisor to sales and GTM teams.
• Lead responses to security questionnaires, audits, and live customer discussions.
• Represent security externally; shape best practices and product roadmap input.
• Bridge security messaging with sales and marketing to drive product adoption.
• Maintain security policies, certifications, and compliance documentation.
