Job summary

Omni, the AI analytics platform, seeks a Regional Sales Director, Commercial to lead a high-growth team selling to mid-market to enterprise customers (1-500 employees) in Dublin, driving revenue with elite sales execution and scalable processes.

You bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales, 2+ years leading teams, and a track record of exceeding targets. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize pipeline and expansions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading high-performing commercial teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS.
• Experience in BI, data analytics and/or ETL platforms strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial new business and expansion targets with accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
• Execute GTM initiatives and personally support high-impact, strategic deals to close.
• Drive CRM usage and data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
• Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing Account Executive team to exceed KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve efficiency and handoffs.
