Job summary

10x Genomics seeks a regional marketing leader to develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals and local EMEA needs, driving regional success in the single cell portfolio.

You will conduct market research, lead campaigns, and foster collaborations with researchers, academia, and industry partners while aligning with global teams, and guiding on regulatory requirements to grow demand and funnel performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or Genetics.
• Marketing experience in life sciences or related sector, ideally in product marketing or product management.
• Knowledge of single cell technology, its applications, and customer needs.
• Understanding of the sales pipeline and how to positively impact funnel conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with company goals and local EMEA needs to achieve and exceed regional business objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the region's single cell research landscape
• Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for the single cell portfolio
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders, researchers, associations in academia, university hospitals, biopharma, and industry partners, as well as internal EMEA and global marketing teams and the EMEA commercial organization
• Track and analyze marketing strategy effectiveness and optimize accordingly
• Advise global marketing on local regulatory and compliance requirements
• Drive demand and grow the marketing funnel in collaboration with regional sales teams and distributors
• Establish local regional operational processes and systems
• Serve as the key regional marketing point of contact for Single Cell
