Job summary

Bio-Techne seeks a Regional Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing across the EMEA region, driving awareness, demand generation and pipeline growth for Bio‑Techne’s portfolio.

The role partners with regional Market Development, global product marketing, sales leadership, and marketing operations to translate global strategy into regionally relevant, commercially impactful programs. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field.
• 3–6 years’ experience in marketing in life sciences or B2B markets.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across EMEA.
• Localize global assets for regional relevance and launches.
• Own tracking, reporting, and KPI updates for regional campaigns.
• Ensure GDPR and compliance in all marketing activities.
