Qualifications

• Multi-year experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating life sciences agreements.
• Experience with public procurement in major EMEA markets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organisation and communication, risk-aware decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal contact for all sales-related matters across EMEA.
• Own the legal aspects of EMEA tender processes end-to-end.
• Analyse complex contractual provisions for compliance and consistency.
• Negotiate with universities, research institutions, pharma, and biotech companies.
• Develop and deliver training to sales and commercial teams.
