Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking an EMEA Public Sector Deployment Strategist to own onboarding, adoption, and outcomes for government and law enforcement customers across the region. You will manage post-sale relationships and define success metrics for each account.

You will drive AI-powered workflows, run QBRs with senior stakeholders, and partner with Account Directors to enable renewals and expansion while pushing TRM’s product adoption and value realization across EMEA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, deployment, or post-sale roles with accountability for GRR, NRR, and adoption outcomes.
• Domain credibility in law enforcement, public sector, cyber, or financial crime to earn trust quickly.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to ship a v1 product without a perfect playbook.
• Production AI fluency with repeatable workflows tied to measurable outcomes.
• High independence and the ability to lead without constant direction.
• Strong executive presence to run QBRs with senior stakeholders across public sector.
• Based in the UK or Europe with capability to work with EMEA customers

Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate EMEA Public Sector accounts across all TRM products with a clear onboarding path and measurable usage.
• Use AI to build production CS workflows that auto-generate health summaries and QBR drafts.
• Define and track adoption benchmarks across the portfolio and surface at-risk accounts.
• Develop new use cases with investigators and analysts to deepen TRM product usage.
• Run executive business reviews and QBRs with senior stakeholders across EMEA.
• Partner with Account Directors to enable renewals and expansion and drive GRR/NRR outcomes.
• Synthesize customer feedback into prioritized input for the roadmap.
• Collaborate with EMEA colleagues across languages/time zones to maintain consistent coverage.
