Job summary

Bitwarden is seeking a Leader to head the EMEA small to medium and Mid-Market team, remotely based in the UK. You will drive new logo acquisition, expansion revenue, and maintain a high-velocity, data-driven sales motion across multiple countries.

You will coach a team of Account Executives, set outbound standards, manage forecasts, and work with Marketing, SDRs, and Channel to build a scalable pipeline in a fast-growing security SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of first-line sales leadership in EMEA.
• A proven track record of quota attainment as a leader.
• Fluent business English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Deep MEDDPICC experience and value-based selling.
• Hands-on leadership with pipeline development and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Small to Medium and Mid-Market team and close deals.
• Drive new logo acquisition and revenue expansion across the region.
• Build outbound pipeline with standardized metrics and cadence.
• Coach performance, manage forecasting, and drive KPIs.
