Job summary

Bitwarden, the trusted identity security leader, is hiring a remote UK-based leader to head the EMEA SMB and Mid-Market team. You will own new logo acquisition, expansion revenue, and pipeline discipline, leading AEs and SDRs across multiple European markets with data-driven execution.

You will set outbound standards, drive MEDDPICC-based processes, and coach teams to improve forecasts, win rates, and deal velocity while collaborating with Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of first-line sales leadership in EMEA, ideally leading AEs selling security SaaS.
• Deep working fluency in MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
• Proven track record building and maturing a cold outbound pipeline across multiple EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA SMB and Mid-Market team and drive new logo acquisition and expansion revenue.
• Build and govern a repeatable outbound motion localized by market, territory, ICP and persona.
• Apply MEDDPICC and value-based selling to qualify, forecast, and coach with data-driven discipline.
• Own team KPIs: pipeline, coverage, win rate, cycle length, deal size, and activity/outcome ratios.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp Account Executives across EMEA and across cultures.
