Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end commercial progression of new SMB and mid-market customers, from onboarding through activation, first funded transaction (FFT), and sustained revenue growth.
• Manage pipeline visibility and structured outreach using Salesforce, Salesloft, Aircall, and related tools, maintaining disciplined follow-up across your portfolio.
• Lead consultative sales conversations that uncover customer needs, build urgency, handle objections, and convert qualified opportunities into transaction activity.
• Drive scalable engagement through time-efficient outreach and process discipline.
