Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Manager of High Touch Implementations for the EMEA region. You will lead an EMEA-based team of Implementation Specialists and partner across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver high‑quality onboarding experiences.

You will drive time‑to‑value, scale processes, and tailor implementations to enterprise customers while navigating complex environments and change management at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects.
• Strong ability to lead and scale high‑performing teams across regions.
• Deep customer-centric mindset with proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Comfort operating in remote‑first settings with travel <10%.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise environments and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead an EMEA-based team of Implementation Specialists aligned to High Touch customers.
• Oversee delivery of segment-aligned implementation experiences.
• Partner cross-functionally to support scoping and planning for prospective customers.
• Drive time‑to‑value and scalable onboarding processes across regions.
