Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI-native Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead a single AI delivery team building an agentic harness for client value. You will turn business problems into specs, run the loop, and demonstrate working product demos to clients.

You’ll build and skill AI agents, engineer the harness context, and prototype quickly while maintaining engineering accountability for production code. The role requires hands-on leadership in a hybrid environment with strong client-facing

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in product, technical-product or delivery leadership with APIs, integrations and cloud, plus strong client-facing delivery.
• One year of experience with AI-first skills (building agents, spec-driven development, context engineering and prototyping with AI).
• One year of experience with GenAI and LLM fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Embed with a client delivery team and lead one harness team end to end: discovery, mobilization, writing specs and business requirements, demos of the working product and harness.
• Lead discovery and mobilization (first two weeks) and assess client needs.
• Build and skill AI agents for the harness and author context materials.
• Write specifications and drive spec-driven development.
• Prototype and vibe-code to shape the product with clickable prototypes.
• Partner with stakeholders on requirements and iterate.
• Run the harness and demos independently to show value and operation.
• Shape and prioritize the feature pipeline across sprints.
• Manage team to stakeholder expectations; hybrid office presence required.
