Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI-native Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead a single AI delivery team. You will transform business problems into harness specifications, run the loop, and demonstrate working product value to clients.

You will build and skill AI agents, engineer the harness context, and prototype to rapidly shape a product. You will embed with a client delivery team, manage discovery and mobilization, and guide specs and business requirements the harness runs on.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of product/technical-delivery leadership with fluency in APIs, cloud and integrations.
• Minimum one year of experience with AI-first skills (building agents, spec-driven development, context engineering, prototyping).
• Minimum one year of GenAI and LLM fundamentals experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and mobilization with the client team, stand up the AI harness for the product.
• Build and skill AI agents, author skills and context files, engineer the harness context.
• Write open specifications and drive spec-driven development for the harness.
• Prototype and vibe-code to shape the product with clickable concepts (not production code).
• Gather and refine evolving business requirements into technical form the harness executes.
• Run the harness and demos independently, showing value without engineers on the call.
• Shape and prioritize the feature pipeline across sprints and epics.
• Manage delivery commitments and align the team with stakeholder expectations.
